Possible solution to credit card loophole

FSB Insurance Service is warning members to be wary of credit and debit card fraud. Currently, there is no protection or compensation available to a business that has been defrauded remotely. By contrast, when a customer buys from you in person using a stolen card, the bank will take responsibility and the 'real' cardholder is not charged.
As a result, FSB Insurance Service is launching an insurance product to protect members against just this kind of fraud. Cardholder Absent Insurance is designed to reimburse you with the value of goods and services, plus bank penalty charges and any distribution costs.
