Possible solution to credit card loophole
FSB Insurance Service is warning members to be wary of credit and debit card fraud. Currently, there is no protection or compensation available to a business that has been defrauded remotely. By contrast, when a customer buys from you in person using a stolen card, the bank will take responsibility and the 'real' cardholder is not charged.
