Businesses wanting to develop practices aimed at improving employer-employee communication are invited to bid for a slice of new Government funding. The money provides support to organisations wanting to develop and sustain partnerships at work through means such as improving communications, developing a joint approach on solving business problems, and addressing issues such as high staff turnover and flexible working. Organisations as diverse as a Cornish pasty maker, a housing association and a brewery have benefited from the fund.
