Esso retailers fight back A group of former Esso petrol retailers being sued by the fuel giant is being given support by the FSB. The debate surrounds the net cost of the 'Tiger Tokens' promotion scheme. The retailers, which have received financial backing from the FSB, are contending that Esso's contractual requirement to join in a promotional activity does not mean that the retailer must also foot the bill for that promotional activity.
